"The goal of technology integration is not just for teachers to show off new toys but to put technology into the hands of students and have them participate in higher level thinking, collaboration, and project based learning. Students who use technology in the classroom are often more engaged in their learning, see a concrete link between reading, writing, and technology use, and develop job skills they will need in the future."
